Letter of complaint

Dear sir,
I'm writing to complain about a package holiday I've recently bought in one of your travel agencies.
When I arrive to the hotel you can image my surprise when I noticed it had no swimming pool as it was advertised on the leaflet, my room had no ocean view as I had requested and to complete the hotel was just filthy, the bed sheets were all stained an the bathroom was simply a mess. I had also payed for an excursion that was cancelled without any warning.
In these circumstances I'm legally untitled to a total refund because I've payed for a service I didn't use, if you fail to reimburse me I shall have no alternative bu to take some severe measures and as a result you'll be hearing from my layer very soon.
Please respond to my complaint within 10 days.
